Unfortunately I can’t cancel or change orders after they have been submitted.

What is your exchange policy?

You may exchange your unworn and unwashed items within 14 calendar days after delivery. Please contact me prior to mailing your order back to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging. Please note that due to their nature, all hats, sale and limited edition items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a return it please contact me. You may return your item for store credit within 14 days after delivery. I will credit the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an order. Please note that due to their nature, all hats, sale and limited edition items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.

How do I exchange or return an order?

I received a faulty item. Help!

Please e-mail me using the form on my contact page and I will will assist you in getting your order replaced. Please note replacements are only provided in the same item and size only.
